BluSezam PPM as a solution for AutomaTech

Production automation is a huge advantage which saves time and money. However, from our experience, we know that sometimes super mechanized, automated or robotic production lines work half-heartedly. Machines face unexpected downtime, both due to failures and the lack of fully scheduled time. Often the machine runs at incomplete speed because the entire line is not equally efficient. After all, despite the huge repetition of movements, there are mistakes, waste and at the end it results in complaints.

BluSezam PPM (Production Performance Management System) collects

information and production cells from the line, correlates it with data from ERP class modules supporting production: MES, APS, CMMS. Then it indicates the dependencies between losses: availability, efficiency, quality. Such data collection and its displaying on any charts after proper analyzing helps to find time and money.

How to operate ?

BluSezam is a unified system with web architecture. Enables browser operation regardless of the operating system and used device.

End user equippment specification

Any device. Most operations are performed on a remote server. This allows us to assume that if your computer operates a web browser, it will be able to run the BluSezam system.

BluSezam licensing system

When purchasing the BluSezam system, the customer is obliged to buy a base instance BluSezam license together with the functional modules. Exceptions may be mobile app modules.

Two models of BluSezam system purchase possibilities:

  • Perpetual license model – the right to use the product in the purchased version until the last day of the support expiration after implementation. In case of interest in implementation of a higher version of the product, an updated license for this module must be purchased.
  • The SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software distribution model in which an application is stored and made available by the operator via the Internet. This eliminates the need to install and run the program in the customer environment.

By creating the final preparation analysis document within the BluSezam modules listed in the offer, we show you where changes and enhancements need to be made as a result of adapting to the business process requirements. Mechanisms for integration into existing third party systems are also proposed. 

It is worth mentioning that in the projects we run, all produced documentation as a result of the pre-implementation analysis is usually the main element defining the technical scope of the implementation agreement. This is the best for the budget and schedule of the project, providing the client with a reliable source of information and a very concrete plan for the automation and re-engineering processes as the next stages of the company’s development.

Installation

BluSezam operates in a client-server architecture. The system can be installed on both a physical server and a virtual machine. Client access is via web browser, also from a mobile device. The architecture of the individual modules of the BluSezam platform is designed to be easily adapted to the specific needs and characteristics of each company.

Service support

Blunovation guarantees the system for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol for the BluSezam system. During and under the warranty, Blunovation will provide services to ensure the compliance of the BluSezam system in accordance with the technical and functional specification agreed with the client for the implementation project.

By default, we offer 24-hour technical support to all customers by providing technical solutions to the reported problem or resolving the reported problems within the agreed timeframe in accordance with the SLA terms.

We also conduct meetings with customers to improve the features / functionality of the system by looking for the best and most optimal solution; together with our client we carry out the enhancements or make necessary changes to the system.

Post-implementation service 

Our standard upgrade package includes 12 months of support. Errors that have occurred are classified into relevance classes that affect the maximum processing time of the reported error.
