What’s BluSezam IM?
BluSezam Inventory Management is the basis for the effective management of assets and the knowledge of its current state.
The inventory is part of the accounting activities aimed at determining the status of the company’s total assets and financial resources. The inventory shall also be carried out to identify any discrepancies between the accounting documents and their actual holdings.
The basic features of BluSezam Inventory Management include not only the inventory itself, but also the automatic generation of the administrative documentation, i. e. the list sheet, the missing quantities, the surplus, the movement and the summary of the inventories. The BluSezam IM system is part of the multi-modular BluSezam EAM asset management platform.

What does BluSezam IM offer?
The module facilitates the management of computer sets and their components, furniture sets, complex machines, etc. Extends the inventory options to include the verification of components. Allows also to keep quantitative records of assets. Facilitates administration and carrying out an inventory of a large number of the same items.
The module controls all components in the recording that are included in the selected plan. Also allows the implementation of automatic or manual compensation within and between inventories.

We have recorded 400,000 assortment items for two warehouses. Five teams worked on the Blunovation site, two people per the team. Each team had assigned a warehouse worker who was physically responsible for his sector. This was an inventory where all stocks were recalculated manually and completed in an excel table without any labeling. It was also found that the product in closed packages and other articles had to be converted into quantities in accordance with the company’s guidelines. The recalculated goods were signed by the employees of Blunovation and provided with a label or slip. The employees also had the task of distributing the goods in terms of assortment to put it in the place designated by the company. The company’s employees involved in the inventory were responsible for identifying the items.
BluSezam EAM Mobile App
BluSezam EAM Mobile is an application that provides inventory functionality based on 1D codes, 2D codes and RFID tags that is compatible with the BluSezam EAM system. Enables you to run processes via portable data collector or other Android mobile devices. The inventory of all assets is carried out according to the previously defined scope, f.e. the possibility to carry out several inventories at the same time, the history of the operations carried out and the possibility of extended functions.

Any device. Most operations are performed on a remote server. This allows us to assume that if your computer operates a web browser, it will be able to run the BluSezam system.
BluSezam licensing system
When purchasing the BluSezam system, the customer is obliged to buy a base instance BluSezam license together with the functional modules. Exceptions may be mobile app modules.
Two models of BluSezam system purchase possibilities:
- Perpetual license model – the right to use the product in the purchased version until the last day of the support expiration after implementation. In case of interest in implementation of a higher version of the product, an updated license for this module must be purchased.
- The SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software distribution model in which an application is stored and made available by the operator via the Internet. This eliminates the need to install and run the program in the customer environment.

BluSezam operates in a client-server architecture. The system can be installed on both a physical server and a virtual machine. Client access is via web browser, also from a mobile device. The architecture of the individual modules of the BluSezam platform is designed to be easily adapted to the specific needs and characteristics of each company.
Service support
Blunovation guarantees the system for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol for the BluSezam system. During and under the warranty, Blunovation will provide services to ensure the compliance of the BluSezam system in accordance with the technical and functional specification agreed with the client for the implementation project.
By default, we offer 24-hour technical support to all customers by providing technical solutions to the reported problem or resolving the reported problems within the agreed timeframe in accordance with the SLA terms.
We also conduct meetings with customers to improve the features / functionality of the system by looking for the best and most optimal solution; together with our client we carry out the enhancements or make necessary changes to the system.
Post-implementation service
Our standard upgrade package includes 12 months of support. Errors that have occurred are classified into relevance classes that affect the maximum processing time of the reported error.
