What’s BluSezam EAM?
The BluSezam EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) system keeps records of the assets and provides an overview of the company’s fixed assets in various aspects. The records may relate either to written off over time assets, as well as low-value fixed assets.
A platform that is the best and highest quality asset management solution is currently available on the market. The main core of the system are the business processes of individual classes of enterprise resources, starting from fixed assets and operating assets, through current assets and ending with recording, planning and managing employees’ working time. These elements support the control and resources of the enterprise and affect the better use of resources.

What does BluSezam EAM offer?
The BluSezam EAM module allows to combine the information recorded with data from other areas of the BluSezam system, allowing for a comprehensive analysis and full accounting of the costs associated with the company’s assets. This assures the user with full support of the processes related to repairs and investment, allow registration of the renovation plan, preparation and billing of the investment project. The module allows a budget to be created and analyzed, along with the progress of the investment with complete project billing.
Case study
After a tendering process lasting several months, the company decided to introduce a system of integrated asset management. The system should have an enhanced functionality for recording and inventorying assets. The aim was to integrate SAP’s already functioning ERP system into BluSezam. In addition, a physical inventory was expected for each of the company’s departments and the provision of appropriate hardware to work on the BluSezam system. The system should also work with the BluSezam EAM Mobile App, which was designed for mobile devices on the Android operating system.
Updates to the application took place only on the server, so no desktop updates were required, which greatly simplified the upgrade process to newer versions. BluSezam EAM enabled communication with external systems using an advanced API based on SOAP / REST protocols. The system enabled the execution of management functions and processes in the area of asset acquisition and management, such as document generation or asset data entry. Some of the features of the BluSezam EAM system include unique features that other competing EAM systems in the world do not offer.
The use of a mobile application that collaborates with data collectors on Windows Mobile / CE served to support the company inventory, which was carried out with the help of the program BluSezam.
BluSezam EAM Mobile App
BluSezam EAM Mobile is an application that provides inventory functionality based on 1D codes, 2D codes and RFID tags that is compatible with the BluSezam EAM system. Enables you to run processes via portable data collector or other Android mobile devices. The inventory of all assets is carried out according to the previously defined scope, f.e. the possibility to carry out several inventories at the same time, the history of the operations carried out and the possibility of extended functions.

BluSezam licensing system
When purchasing the BluSezam system, the customer is obliged to buy a base instance BluSezam license together with the functional modules. Exceptions may be mobile app modules.
Two models of BluSezam system purchase possibilities:
- Perpetual license model – the right to use the product in the purchased version until the last day of the support expiration after implementation. In case of interest in implementation of a higher version of the product, an updated license for this module must be purchased.
- The SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software distribution model in which an application is stored and made available by the operator via the Internet. This eliminates the need to install and run the program in the customer environment.

The architecture of the individual modules of the BluSezam platform is designed to be easily adapted to the specific needs and characteristics of each company.
Service support
Blunovation guarantees the system for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol for the BluSezam system. During and under the warranty, Blunovation will provide services to ensure the compliance of the BluSezam system in accordance with the technical and functional specification agreed with the client for the implementation project.
By default, we offer 24-hour technical support to all customers by providing technical solutions to the reported problem or resolving the reported problems within the agreed timeframe in accordance with the SLA terms.
We also conduct meetings with customers to improve the features / functionality of the system by looking for the best and most optimal solution; together with our client we carry out the enhancements or make necessary changes to the system.

Our standard upgrade package includes 12 months of support. Errors that have occurred are classified into relevance classes that affect the maximum processing time of the reported error.
